skim/scim in dapper

If you are CJK users, then you needn’t do anything, just choose CJK when you install your system.
If you upgrade from breezy, plaese remove all you’ve done for IM in breezy.
if you wanna use scim/skim under anyother locales, just do

cp /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/scim-pinyin|scim-anthy|scim-hangul|scim-chewing ~/.xinput.d/default

restart your X, then everything is okey
