Preparing for packageing scim-qtimm in dapper

I feedback the problem that the qt-immodule had not been patched to qt correctly yestoday , they said they would correct it quickly > The date for upstream freeze is Jan,19th , so hope they can apply this patch this week , then there will be about two days left me for packaging .
