I happened to see the build log of dapper , and found that qt-3.3.5 have not been patched with qt-immodule . That’s why I can not build scim-qtmmm under dapper .
They told me the crash of konqueror under breezy due to bugs of kde, And kde-3.5.1 will be released soon for bug fixing .

Hi! this has nothing to do with QT but with Kate. Everytime I start it, it crashes, I downloaded the CD yesterday (AMD64) and its the same with sudo kate (well, it works with ‘kdesudo -c kate’) do you know why is that?

I can use kate and sudo kate well without any crash. Myabe I’m using an i386 arch system , which is different from yours .
yeah, wll…I think I’m gonna install kubuntu for x86 😦
